How much is the deposit?

We take a 50% deposit. It reserves your dates on our schedule and lets us buy the paint for your job.

When is the balance due?

The remaining balance is due after you walk the finished job with us and sign off. You don’t pay the rest until you’re happy with what you see.

How can I pay?

We accept check or cash.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Our work is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Are you insured?

Yes. Glenn Painting Co. is fully insured.

What paint brand do you use?

We use Sherwin-Williams paint.

What prep work do you do?

Prep is where good paint jobs are made. Depending on the surface, that can include cleaning, scraping, sanding, filling holes, caulking, priming, and masking. We’ll explain the prep your project needs during your free estimate.

How long will my project take?

Every project is different. Timing depends on the size of the job, the amount of prep, and the weather for exterior work. We’ll give you a realistic timeline with your estimate.

Can you paint in the winter?

Yes. Winter is a great time for interior painting. Exterior work depends on temperatures and weather, so we schedule it when conditions are right. Ask about our Winter Interior Special: 10% off interior jobs booked by January 31.

Is it safe to have pets and kids at home while you paint?

Many families stay home during interior work. We recommend keeping pets and small children out of the rooms we’re working in, and we’ll talk about ventilation and low-odor options. Let us know about pets ahead of time so we can plan.

Do I need to move my furniture?

It helps if you remove small items, decor, and breakables. We’ll talk about larger furniture during your estimate. Generally we move pieces to the center of the room and cover them to protect them.

Do you offer free estimates?
